The Old Reservoir

The view is great from the Cincinnati Art Club on Parkside Place

This is what's left of the old reservoir and a water works building on the side of Mt. Adams. The Club had a paint out this past weekend, with about 50 participants. The painting is an 8 X 10 oil on panel.

The Guardian

He's all business. The guard at the Guggenheim doesn't mess around. This could also be titled, "Hey, Lady! What are you doin' with that camera?"

This is the Friday edition of my daily paintings. It's another oil painting on a 5x7" panel. Working with a palette knife can be tedious at this size, but it keeps me from getting too "tight" with my work.
